This represents a $0.50<\/span> dividend on an annualized basis.\u00a0 This dividend was declared for shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 18, 2020<\/span> and will be payable on January 4, 2021<\/span>. <\/p>\n

Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. and its principal subsidiary, The Fauquier Bank, had combined assets of $840.3 million<\/span> and total shareholders’ equity of $72.2 million<\/span> at September 30, 2020<\/span>.
