Analysts warned that \u201c[o]nly two options remain\u2014either this qui tam gets settled out of court, or it goes to discovery.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On this news, Tactile\u2019s share price fell $6.65 per share, or over 10%, to close at $56.09 per share on February 24, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>On June 8, 2020, OSS Research issued a report on alleging that \u201cthe true source of Tactile\u2019s growth\u201d is \u201ca kick-back scheme that has resulted in rampant overprescribing.\u201d The OSS Research report also alleged that \u201cMedicare has recently launched an industry-wide audit in which Tactile has been disproportionately targeted. 70% of Tactile\u2019s claims audited so far have been retroactively denied.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On this news, Tactile\u2019s share price fell $6.05 per share, or over 11%, to close at $45.67 per share on June 9, 2020, thereby injuring investors.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint filed in this class action alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and\/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company\u2019s business, operations, and prospects.
