(TSX:WPRT\/NASDAQ:WPRT). \u00a0The changes take effect January 1, 2021.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Changes to the management team are:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">Tom Hodek has been appointed President of CWI. Tom was Director of Sales and Marketing for CWI and previously led the development of the latest generation of CWI\u2019s ISX12N, L9N and B6.7N engines.\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">Chad Mobley has been re-appointed as Controller of CWI.\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">Gord Exel, President of CWI will be stepping down as President upon the completion of his term.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Changes to the Board of Directors are:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">Jim Arthurs, Executive Vice President of Westport Fuel Systems Inc. has been elected Chair of CWI.\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align:justify\">Roe East, Director, Off-Highway Product Strategy of Cummins Inc. is stepping down as Chair of CWI upon the completion of his term.
