The gross proceeds to Olema Oncology from the offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses, are expected to be $209.0 million. All of the shares are being offered by Olema Oncology. In addition, Olema Oncology has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.<\/p>\n<p>The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on November 19, 2020, under the ticker symbol \u201cOLMA.\u201d The offering is expected to close on November 23, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.<\/p>\n<p>J.P.
