PITTSBURGH, Nov. 18, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Matthews International Corporation<\/a>\u00a0(NASDAQ GSM: MATW) announced that its Board of Directors declared, at its regularly scheduled meeting today, a dividend of $0.215 per share on the Company\u2019s common stock, representing an increase to the Company\u2019s quarterly dividend rate.<\/p>\n

Joseph C. Bartolacci, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated: \u201cWe remain focused on cash generation in this difficult environment. This modest increase reflects the Company\u2019s ongoing emphasis on cash management and the continued confidence of the Board in our strong operating cash flow.\u00a0 This represents our 27th<\/sup>\u00a0consecutive annual dividend increase since becoming a publicly-traded company.\u201d<\/p>\n
