(NASDAQ: ALGN) today announced that the\u00a0International Trade Commission\u00a0(ITC) issued its notice of final determination in an investigation initiated by\u00a0Align against 3Shape A\/S, 3Shape TRIOS A\/S, and 3Shape, Inc., modifying and reversing parts of the initial determination of the Administrative Law Judge\u00a0(ALJ) which found 3Shape infringed two of Align\u2019s patents and found a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
