On June 19, 2020, GoHealth filed a registration statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (\u201cSEC\u201d) for the IPO on Form S-1 (the \u201cRegistration Statement\u201d), which was used to sell to the investing public 43.5 million shares of GoHealth Class A common stock at $21 per share, for total gross proceeds of $913.5 million.<\/p>\n
