The deal, which was announced on <span class=\"xn-chron\">October 15, 2020<\/span>, included the sale of approximately 6,300 loans totaling <span class=\"xn-money\">$729.6 million<\/span> in unpaid principal balance (UPB), divided into three pools. The winning bidders of the three pools for the transaction were DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc. (Credit Suisse) for Pools 1 and 3 and JP Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. (Chase) for Pool 2. The transaction is expected to close on <span class=\"xn-chron\">December 18, 2020<\/span>. The pools were marketed with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as advisor.<\/p>\n<p>The loan pools awarded in this most recent transaction include:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Pool 1: 1,503 loans with an aggregate UPB of <span class=\"xn-money\">$243,302,241<\/span>; average loan size of <span class=\"xn-money\">$161,878<\/span>; weighted average note rate of 4.25%; and weighted average broker&#8217;s price opinion (BPO) loan-to-value ratio of 56%. <\/li>\n<li>Pool 2: 3,266 loans with an aggregate UPB of <span class=\"xn-money\">$243,402,785<\/span>; average loan size of <span class=\"xn-money\">$74,526<\/span>; weighted average note rate of 5.17%; and weighted BPO loan-to-value ratio of 51%. <\/li>\n<li>Pool 3: 1,537 loans with an aggregate UPB of <span class=\"xn-money\">$242,942,311<\/span>; average loan size of <span class=\"xn-money\">$158,063<\/span>; weighted average note rate of 4.25%; and weighted BPO loan-to-value ratio of 65%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The cover bids, which are the second highest bids per pool, were 104.13% of UPB (39.33% of BPO) for Pool 1, 104.77% of UPB (27.58% of BPO) for Pool 2, and 99.53% of UPB (50.92% of BPO) for Pool 3. <\/p>\n<p>Interested bidders can register for ongoing announcements, training, and other information <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/c212.net\/c\/link\/?t=0&amp;l=en&amp;o=2981883-1&amp;h=2296889029&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fcapmrkt.fanniemae.com%2Fportal%2Ffunding-the-market%2Fnpl%2Findex.html&amp;a=here\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.
