(NASDAQ: VEON)\u00a0and (Euronext\u00a0Amsterdam:\u00a0VEON),\u00a0announces\u00a0a\u00a0drawdown\u00a0of\u00a07-year\u00a0senior\u00a0unsecured\u00a0notes denominated in U.S. dollars (the\u00a0“Notes”<\/b>) in 144A \/ Reg S format, subject to market and other customary conditions (the “Drawdown”<\/b>), under its Global Medium Term Note Programme established in April 2020<\/span> (the “GMTN Programme”<\/b>). The Drawdown is the third drawdown under the Issuer’s GMTN Programme.
