NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Goldman Sachs MLP and Energy Renaissance Fund (the \u201cFund\u201d) (NYSE: GER) <\/b>is announcing its quarterly distribution of $0.155 per common share.1 <\/sup>The distribution is payable on the date noted below.\n<\/p>\n

\nGoldman Sachs MLP and Energy Renaissance Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management\u2019s (\u201cGSAM\u2019s\u201d) Energy & Infrastructure Team, which is among the industry\u2019s largest MLP investment groups.
