Under the terms of the agreement, McKean<\/span> will acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Mikros for cash payment of $0.13<\/span> per share via merger. \u00a0The boards of directors of both McKean<\/span> and Mikros have approved the transaction. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by Mikros’ stockholders. <\/p>\n
