The units are expected to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market (\u201cNasdaq\u201d) and trade under the symbol \u201cCFACU\u201d beginning Friday, November 13, 2020. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-third of one warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. Only whole warrants are exercisable.
