The increase is mainly attributable to a $308,000 and $141,000 increase in licensing agreement and research and development revenues, respectively.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Operating costs and expenses were\u00a0$1.9 million\u00a0for the third quarter of 2020, versus\u00a0$2.6 million\u00a0for the corresponding three-month period of 2019.
