<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\n        <b>Third Quarter 2020 Financial Results<\/b>\n      <\/p>\n<p>Revenue for the 2020 third quarter grew 74% to <span class=\"xn-money\">$55.8 million<\/span>, from <span class=\"xn-money\">$32.1 million<\/span> for the comparable period last year. \u00a0During the third quarter of 2020, Fathom completed approximately 8,100 real estate transactions, a 56% increase from approximately 5,200 transactions during the same period last year.\u00a0 Average revenue per transaction expanded 12% to <span class=\"xn-money\">$6,895<\/span>, from <span class=\"xn-money\">$6,171<\/span> for last year&#8217;s third quarter.\u00a0 Fathom&#8217;s real estate agent network grew to 5,026 agents as of <span class=\"xn-chron\">September 30, 2020<\/span>, up 38% from 3,629 one year ago.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>GAAP net loss for the 2020 third quarter narrowed to <span class=\"xn-money\">$184,000<\/span>, or a loss of <span class=\"xn-money\">$0.02<\/span> per share, compared with a GAAP net loss of <span class=\"xn-money\">$239,000<\/span>, or a loss of <span class=\"xn-money\">$0.02<\/span> per share, for last year&#8217;s third quarter.\u00a0 Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, increased to <span class=\"xn-money\">$5,800<\/span> for the third quarter of 2020, from an adjusted EBITDA loss of <span class=\"xn-money\">$170,000<\/span> for the same period last year. \u00a0<i>Fathom <\/i><i>is providing adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure, because it provides additional information for monitoring the company&#8217;s performance. \u00a0A class=\"xn-money\">$123.4 million<\/span>, from <span class=\"xn-money\">$78.0 million<\/span> for the same period of 2019.\u00a0 GAAP net loss for the first nine months of 2020 was <span class=\"xn-money\">$66,000<\/span>, or a loss of <span class=\"xn-money\">$0.01<\/span> per share, compared with a GAAP net loss of <span class=\"xn-money\">$2.7 million<\/span>, or a loss of <span class=\"xn-money\">$0.28<\/span> per share, for the first nine months of last year.\u00a0 Adjusted EBITDA totaled <span class=\"xn-money\">$469,000<\/span> for the 2020 period, versus an adjusted EBITDA loss of <span class=\"xn-money\">$1.1 million<\/span> for the 2019 period.<\/p>\n<p>The company had cash and cash equivalents of <span class=\"xn-money\">$31.0 million<\/span> at <span class=\"xn-chron\">September 30, 2020<\/span>, up from <span class=\"xn-money\">$579,000<\/span> at <span class=\"xn-chron\">December 31, 2019<\/span>, primarily reflecting the completion of the
