Bragg Gaming Group Announces Leadership Transition<\/b><\/p>\n

TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Bragg Gaming Group Inc.<\/b> (NASDAQ: BRAG<\/a>, TSX: BRAG<\/a>) (\u201cbragg<\/b>\u201d or the \u201cCompany<\/b>\u201d), a leading iGaming content and platform technology solutions provider, today announced that Morten Tonnesen has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective today, November 6, 2026. Matev\u017e Mazij will transition from Chief Executive Officer to the role of Strategic Advisor with immediate effect.<\/p>\n

\nMr. Tonnesen has served as Chief Operating Officer since joining bragg in March 2026 and will assume responsibility for the Company\u2019s day-to-day operations, reporting to the Company\u2019s board of directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d). He brings more than 17 years of leadership experience across B2C and B2B iGaming, sports betting and technology, with a track record of operating at scale, founding, building and exiting businesses, and developing strong teams that deliver. In B2C, he co-founded and successfully exited sports betting operator BetWarrior and spent six years at PokerStars. In B2B, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Shape Games, subsequently sold to Kambi, and as Chief Growth Officer at Xtremepush.<\/p>\n

\nAs Strategic Advisor, Mr. Mazij will provide guidance to the Board on strategic matters and will support continuity with the Company\u2019s key stakeholders through the transition. The role is advisory and carries no day to day management responsibility. Mr. Mazij founded Oryx Gaming, which the Company acquired in 2018, and has served as the Company\u2019s Chief Executive Officer since August 2023. Mr. Mazij previously served on the Board from February 2021 to July 2026.<\/p>\n
