The Tailorplasty\u2122 procedure extends Treace’s instrumented bunion correction platform to tailor’s bunions, or “bunionettes\u201d which are painful deformities of the fifth metatarsal estimated to affect approximately 5-10% of the adult population.<\/p>\n

Tailorplasty\u2122 provides instrument-guided surgical correction of the bunionette deformity through a MIS (<1cm incision) and features a unique fixation implant that inserts over a guidewire for controlled, reproducible correction and stability during healing.<\/p>\n
