(Nasdaq: BLZE), the high-performance capacity storage layer for AI, today announced that on October 29, 2026, it granted an equity inducement award to Gali Kovacs, the Company\u2019s VP of Strategy and Operations, as a material inducement to Ms. Kovacs\u2019 employment with the Company.<\/p>\n

\nThe inducement award consists of 47,500 restricted stock units (\u201cRSUs\u201d) for Ms. Kovacs. The RSUs will vest as to 25% of the underlying shares after one year, with the balance vesting in equal quarterly installments over the remaining three years.
