Robert A. Garechana<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Mr. Garechana currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sun Communities, Inc., a real estate investment trust that owns and operates manufactured housing and recreational vehicle communities. Before joining Sun Communities, Mr. Garechana held several leadership positions at Equity Residential, including Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer in 2025, Chief Financial Officer from 2018 to 2025, and Treasurer from 2008 to 2018. His earlier roles included leadership positions in capital markets, financial reporting and SEC reporting. Mr. Garechana will join the Board as an independent director and member of the Audit Committee.<\/p>\n
