(\u201cEverest Chile\u201d), Everest Group Ltd.\u2019s (NYSE: EG) insurance subsidiary in Chile. AIG also announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Everest Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Seguros Generales Colombia S.A. (\u201cEverest Colombia\u201d). Together, the transactions will further strengthen AIG\u2019s decades-long presence in Latin America and support the company\u2019s long-term growth across one of the world\u2019s fastest-developing insurance markets.<\/p>\n<p>\nEverest Chile serves corporate and upper-middle-market clients, with a portfolio that includes property, energy, marine, financial lines and casualty insurance.
