HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–
\nOptime, a Halliburton service, completed the first deployment of the Optime Remote Operated Control System (ROCS) service<\/a> in Brazil, <\/i>in collaboration with Petrobras.<\/p>\n

\nROCS reduces equipment requirements and streamlines offshore execution through the elimination of traditional control umbilicals during completion operations. Petrobras used the system to install a subsea smart completion on a deepwater well.<\/p>\n

\nHalliburton and Petrobras worked closely throughout planning, system integration, testing, and offshore execution to meet the project’s technical requirements.<\/p>\n
