\nThe order comes one day after XTEND reported preliminary, unaudited revenue of approximately $24.5 to $26.5 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026\u2014already exceeding the Company\u2019s full-year 2025 revenue\u2014and an AI Robotics segment backlog of approximately $84 million as of September 30, 2026. This order was received after September 30, 2026 and is incremental to the reported backlog. Those figures are preliminary, unaudited and subject to completion of quarter-end closing procedures; XTEND expects to report full third quarter results on November 16, 2026.<\/p>\n

\nThe order reflects continued international demand for XTEND\u2019s integrated hardware and software solutions and delivers on the strategy set out in the Company\u2019s letter to shareholders: standardized, XOS-powered platforms\u2014STRIKER, SCORPIO 500 and SCORPIO 1000\u2014sold together with XOS software licenses that build potential recurring software revenue alongside hardware deliveries. SCORPIO 1000 is XTEND\u2019s tactical drone platform designed for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions in complex operational environments, including GPS-denied conditions.
