The dividend is payable on November 25, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 11, 2026.<\/p>\n

This is the Company\u2019s sixth consecutive quarterly dividend since the dividend was reinstated in July 2025, and the second at the $0.06 per share rate following the 20% increase approved by the Board in July 2026.<\/p>\n
