(NASDAQ: EVLV), a leading security technology company pioneering AI-powered solutions designed to create safer experiences, today announced that Evolv Express\u00ae<\/sup><\/a>, the company\u2019s people-screening platform, and Evolv eXpedite\u2122<\/sup><\/a>, the company\u2019s bag-screening platform, has deployed at the Delta Center<\/a>, the multi-purpose arena in downtown Salt Lake City, UT.<\/p>\n

\nThe arena, which is home to the Utah Jazz and the Utah Mammoth, seats between 14,000 and 19,000 guests depending on use and configuration. In addition to the two professional sports teams, the arena hosts a full calendar of concerts, shows, and special events. On average, more than 1.8 million guests attend some 320 events in a typical year.<\/p>\n

\nThe Delta Center deployments are part of a multi-year hardware and software subscription agreement between Evolv and Smith Entertainment Group, the holding company that owns the Jazz, Mammoth, and the arena, among other assets. The two organizations have also entered a marketing partnership, through which Evolv has been designated as an \u201cOfficial Partner of the Utah Jazz,\u201d an \u201cOfficial Partner of the Utah Mammoth,\u201d and the \u201cOfficial Patron Screening Partner of the Delta Center.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nThe Delta Center, which originally opened in 1991, is in the midst of an ambitious multi-year transformation designed to maintain the facility\u2019s status as a premier dual-sport venue and position as the Salt Lake City region\u2019s top entertainment destination. The Express and eXpedite systems are some of the many infrastructure and fan experience enhancements at the arena.<\/p>\n
