I (\u201cMelar\u201d) (Nasdaq: MACI<\/span><\/b>), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced that at its extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the \u201cExtraordinary General Meeting\u201d) held today, October 22, 2026, Melar\u2019s shareholders have voted to approve the proposed business combination (the \u201cBusiness Combination\u201d) with Everli Global Inc., a Nevada corporation (together with its successors, \u201cEverli\u201d), as well as all other proposals related to the Business Combination.<\/p>\n
\nIn light of receipt of the requisite approvals by Melar\u2019s shareholders described above, Melar expects the Business Combination to be completed promptly following the satisfaction or waiver of all other conditions to the consummation of the Business Combination.
