(\u201cKQC\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), which helps enterprises adopt quantum computing and quantum-safe security, and Charlton Aria Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: CHAR) (\u201cCharlton Aria\u201d), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced results from a special meeting held on October 19, 2026 at which Charlton Aria shareholders approved proposals to extend the deadline by which Charlton Aria must complete an initial business combination.<\/p>\n

\nThe approved amendments allow Charlton Aria to extend its business combination deadline from October 25, 2026 to October 25, 2027, through up to twelve successive one-month extensions.<\/p>\n
