According to the complaint, on June 16, 2026, Jehoshaphat Research published a report (the \u201cReport\u201d) in which it announced that it had a short position in Gildan securities. The Report allegedly stated that Gildan \u201chas been stuffing the channel for several years, persistently and increasingly, resulting in disproportionate outstanding receivables at each successive quarter end.\u201d Further, the Report allegedly stated \u201c[w]e believe GIL has done this to bring future revenues forward, and that it has recently pulled forward around $500m of revenues \u2013 revenues that have essentially come out of the out of the upcoming quarters in 2026 \u2013 along with overstating its revenue and growth for several years.\u201d On this news, Gildan\u2019s shares fell $11.63 per share, or 18.7%, to close at $50.34 on June 16, 2026.<\/p>\n

The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made false and\/or misleading statements and\/or failed to disclose that (1) Gildan did not have adequate internal controls and that (2) Gildan used channel stuffing to create an appearance of revenue.<\/p>\n
