She joined ATI in 2019 as Executive Vice President of the Flat Rolled Products Group. She subsequently led both of ATI\u2019s operating segments, Advanced Alloys &amp; Solutions and High Performance Materials &amp; Components, before being named Chief Operating Officer in 2022 and President in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\nBefore joining ATI, Fields served as Group President of Industrial and Energy at IDEX Corporation, a global manufacturer of fluidics systems and specialty engineered products.
