\nSunset Amphitheater at McKinney, a 20,000-capacity, multi-season venue serving the Dallas-Fort Worth market, is expected to open in the first quarter of 2027. Proceeds from the sale-leaseback are expected to be used to repay the Company\u2019s approximately $20 million bridge financing from Ryan, LLC and to fund the completion of construction of Sunset Amphitheater at McKinney.<\/p>\n
