\nLifezone Metals Limited (NYSE: LZM<\/b>) announced today that Ken Chernin has joined the Company as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Capital Markets.<\/p>\n

\nKen Chernin brings more than 20 years of capital markets and investor relations experience to Lifezone Metals. Joining from Parr Capital Advisors, the investor relations and capital markets advisory firm he founded in 2019, where he has advised junior mining companies on investor relations, capital markets strategy, financing and corporate development. Most recently, he has also served as Interim President and CEO of Canadian Gold Resources.<\/p>\n

Prior to IAMGOLD, he was Head of Investor Relations at Empire Company Limited, one of Canada\u2019s largest food retailers, where he restructured the company\u2019s investor relations program.
