(NYSE: VOYA), announced today that the reorganization of the Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (NYSE: IAE) (\u201cIAE Fund\u201d) and Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund (NYSE: IHD) (\u201cIHD Fund,\u201d and together with IAE Fund, the \u201cFunds\u201d) into Voya Multi-Manager Emerging Markets Equity Fund (\u201cMM EME Fund\u201d or the \u201cSurviving Fund\u201d) (each, a \u201cReorganization\u201d and together, the \u201cReorganizations\u201d) was effective as of the close of business on the New York Stock Exchange (\u201cNYSE\u201d) on Friday, October 16, 2026 (the \u201cClosing Date\u201d).<\/p>\n
