Properties Are Open for Business as Cleanup Efforts Progress<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

\nThe St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) (\u201cSt. Joe\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today provided a preliminary update on its Northwest Florida properties following Hurricane Isaias. Power has been restored across the Company’s properties, and all hospitality, business services and commercial properties are open for business, with the exception of the Company\u2019s golf courses, which are expected to begin reopening this week as cleanup efforts progress.<\/p>\n

\nAll of the Company\u2019s hotels in Bay and Walton counties are open and accepting reservations, and all restaurants are open for business. At Camp Creek\u00ae<\/sup>, Shark\u2019s Tooth, The Third and Origins\u2120<\/sup> golf courses, crews have completed tree debris removal from greens and fairways, with efforts now focused on clearing fallen trees, primarily along cart paths. The Third and Origins golf courses are expected to reopen Wednesday and Thursday, respectively, while reopening dates for Camp Creek and Shark\u2019s Tooth courses will be determined as tree removal progresses. The Watersound Beach Club\u00ae<\/sup> amenity is completely operational with the exception of beach access due to storm-related erosion and impacts to the boardwalk, which crews are actively working to address.<\/p>\n
