Myomo Appoints Mary-Katherine McClure as Chief Commercial Officer<\/b><\/p>\n

BURLINGTON, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Myomo, Inc. (NYSE American: MYO) <\/b>(“Myomo” or the “Company”), a wearable medical robotics company that offers increased functionality for those suffering from neurological disorders and upper-limb paralysis, today announced the appointment of Mary-Katherine (\u201cKatie\u201d) McClure as Chief Commercial Officer effective October 12, 2026, succeeding Micah Mitchell, who will be departing following a leadership transition period.<\/p>\n

\nMs. McClure brings more than 20 years of experience in transforming innovative medical technologies into sustainable commercial growth through strategic leadership, talent development, physician engagement, and enterprise partnerships. Ms. McClure joins Myomo from Inspire Medical Systems (\u201cInspire\u201d NASDAQ:INSP), a fast-growing medical technology company for whom she was employed since 2018. During her tenure at Inspire, revenues grew from approximately $50 million to nearly $1 billion and, in the territories under her leadership, increased from $2 million to $150 million. Prior to Inspire, Ms. McClure held senior medical device sales roles at Medtronic, Tobii Dynavox and Johnson & Johnson.<\/p>\n

\nMicah Mitchell, the Company\u2019s former Chief Commercial Officer, will remain with the Company until December 23, 2026 in order to facilitate a smooth transition. \nIn connection with Ms. McClure\u2019s acceptance of appointment with the Company, effective on the first day of Ms. McClure\u2019s employment, Ms. McClure was granted a time-based equity award, consisting of restricted stock units (\u201cRSU\u2019s\u201d) covering 275,000 shares of the Company\u2019s common stock, of which 100,000 shares will vest on the six (6) month anniversary of her employment start date, 25,000 shares on the first anniversary of her employment start date, 125,000 shares on the second anniversary of her employment start date, and the remainder on the third anniversary of her employment start date, subject to her continued service through each applicable vesting date.<\/p>\n

\nIn addition, Ms. McClure was granted a performance-based equity award, consisting of performance-based RSU\u2019s covering 225,000 shares of the Company\u2019s common stock at target. With respect to vesting, 50% of the award will vest based on achievement of certain financial metrics for the year ended December 31, 2029, based on an operating plan approved by the Compensation Committee. The remaining 50% will vest based on the Company\u2019s stock price performance in the fourth quarter of 2029 compared to the fourth quarter of 2026 relative to a group of peer companies. Based on performance against these metrics, Ms. McClure may earn between 0% and 150% of the target amount, up to a maximum of 337,500 shares.<\/p>\n

\nThe RSU\u2019s are subject to the terms and conditions of the RSU award agreements covering the grants.<\/p>\n

\nThese equity awards were approved by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company as an inducement material to Ms. McClure\u2019s entering into employment with the Company in reliance on the employment inducement exception under Section 711 of the NYSE American Company Guide.<\/p>\n
