\nPentair plc (NYSE: PNR), a leader in helping the world sustainably move, improve, and enjoy water, life\u2019s most essential resource, today announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Taco Group Holdings (Taco), a leader in hydronic and water-based solutions, for $1.4 billion, subject to customary adjustments.<\/p>\n

\nThe transaction is expected to accelerate Pentair\u2019s growth strategy and expand the Company\u2019s portfolio of smart, sustainable water solutions aligned to secular water trends. Bringing together Pentair\u2019s and Taco\u2019s complementary portfolios, channels and go-to-market strategies will enable the combined company to broaden customer access and deepen partnerships, creating cross-selling opportunities and new revenue streams.<\/p>\n
