SAN DIEGO–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Airgain, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIRG)<\/strong><\/a>, a leading provider of advanced wireless connectivity solutions, today announced the appointment of Stephan Memmen to its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

Memmen brings more than three decades of leadership experience across the wireless, antenna and electronic components industries, spanning business ownership, global operations, product development, manufacturing and corporate strategy. He is currently a strategic investor in the wireless and magnetics industries and previously held senior leadership positions at Amphenol Corporation, one of the world\u2019s largest providers of interconnect, sensor and antenna solutions, and Pulse Electronics, a global provider of electronic components and antenna solutions.<\/p>\n

Earlier in his career, Memmen owned and led T&M Antennas before joining Amphenol, where he held a series of increasingly senior leadership roles, including Corporate Officer and Vice President within its Mobile Consumer Products Group. In that role, he helped lead a global business serving the mobile handset and wireless device markets. Memmen later served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Flexstar Technology before joining Pulse Electronics as Vice President of Strategy.<\/p>\n
