(NASDAQ: HQY) (\u201cHealthEquity\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), the largest independent health savings account (HSA) custodian by account volume and a leader in consumer-directed benefits (CDB), today announced that No\u00e9mie Heuland, Chief Financial Officer of Moody\u2019s Corporation (NYSE: MCO), has been elected to its board of directors (the \u201cBoard\u201d) effective Sept. 24, 2026. Heuland will also serve on the Audit and Risk Committee and Cybersecurity and Technology Committee of the Board. Her appointment expands the Board to 11 directors, nine of whom are independent.<\/p>\n
