HPE Secures Its First AMD Helios Order in $1.2 Billion Deal With Vultr<\/b><\/p>\n

Vultr will deploy first AMD Helios\u2122 AI Rack by HPE systems featuring new purpose-built HPE Networking scale-up switching at its U.S. data centers<\/i><\/p>\n

SUNNYVALE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–HPE<\/a> (NYSE: HPE) today announced a $1.2 billion order from Vultr<\/a>, the world\u2019s largest privately-held cloud infrastructure company, to deploy AMD Helios\u2122 AI Rack by HPE<\/a> systems at Vultr\u2019s cloud data center locations in the United States. It is HPE’s first order for the new AMD Helios system, which features purpose-built HPE Networking scale-up switching and software. HPE and AMD will support Vultr\u2019s effort to meet service provider and enterprise demand for model training and inferencing workloads in their AI data centers.<\/p>\n
