(NYSE: GBTG) (\u201cAmex GBT\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced the completion of its acquisition by Long Lake Management (\u201cLong Lake\u201d) in an all-cash transaction valuing the company at approximately $6.3 billion. The acquisition was previously announced on May 4, 2026, and approved by Amex GBT stockholders at the Special Meeting of Stockholders held on August 3, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\nUnder the terms of the merger agreement, Amex GBT stockholders received $9.50 per share in cash representing a 65.1% premium to the 30-day VWAP from the date of the merger agreement. In connection with the completion of the transaction, Amex GBT common stock has ceased trading and will be delisted from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
