MIAMI, Sept. 25, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — ATG Capital Management LP (\u201cATG Capital\u201d), together with certain of its affiliates, is the beneficial owner of 4,500,000 shares, or more than 16%, of Empery Digital Inc. (Nasdaq: EMPD) (\u201cEmpery Digital\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) and its largest non-affiliated stockholder, today announced that a leading independent proxy advisory firm, Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (\u201cISS\u201d), has recommended that stockholders vote on ATG Capital\u2019s\u00a0GOLD<\/u><\/strong> universal proxy card FOR<\/u><\/strong> the election of Gabriel D. Gliksberg and Aaron T. Morris to Empery Digital\u2019s Board of Directors (the \u201cBoard<\/u>\u201d) at the Company\u2019s upcoming Annual Meeting of Stockholders on October 14, 2026 (the \u201cAnnual Meeting<\/u>\u201d).<\/p>\n
