Together, these actions support Kemper\u2019s strategic priorities by aligning leadership and capabilities in areas central to performance and long-term profitable growth.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe new Distribution &amp; Marketing organization will bring together sales and marketing resources across Kemper\u2019s businesses under the leadership of Chris Flint, who has been named Chief Distribution &amp; Marketing Officer, reporting to President and Chief Executive Officer Steve McAnena. Flint most recently served as President of Kemper Life, a position he held since 2023. The organization will strengthen and coordinate Kemper\u2019s distribution capabilities while supporting each business\u2019s distinct strategy and profitable growth objectives.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cAligning distribution and marketing capabilities is an important strategic step to enable sustained, disciplined, profitable growth,\u201d said McAnena. \u201cChris brings extensive experience across independent and exclusive agency channels, as well as direct and digital distribution. Reporting to Head of P&amp;C Eric Kappler, Williams brings more than 25 years of auto claims experience and deep expertise in the nonstandard auto market, including building and leading the claims organization at Bristol West.<\/p>\n<p>\nJennifer Kopps-Wagner has been named Head of Kemper Life, reporting to McAnena. She succeeds Flint as leader of the business after serving more than eight years as Kemper Life\u2019s General Counsel. Her background combines broad business, legal and operating expertise across life, health and supplemental insurance.
