\nThis straw poll is not sponsored by the Company, and is not connected with any actual shareholder vote, Company action, or other matter requiring shareholder attention. Voya shareholders do not need to respond to any solicitation you may receive.<\/p>\n

\nVoya advises shareholders that the materials TCIM has produced in connection with its straw poll contain numerous inaccurate or misleading statements, including reproduced media reports that consist of outright falsehoods. You may disregard these materials if they are sent to you.<\/p>\n

\nAt Voya\u2019s most recent annual shareholder meeting held only four months ago, our shareholders exercised their voting rights to overwhelmingly support the election of Voya\u2019s Board of Directors and its executive compensation. In that vote, each of Voya\u2019s directors and the \u201csay-on-pay\u201d vote received more than 98% support from our shareholders. Voya\u2019s next annual shareholder meeting is expected to be held in May 2027, and we encourage all shareholders to participate in that meeting.<\/p>\n
