Marci also helped establish WisdomTree\u2019s global Communication and Connection Collective (C3), which focuses on strengthening fairness and consistency across recruiting, feedback, and promotion processes. Through these efforts, she has helped create opportunities for colleagues to build relationships, develop professionally, and expand their access to leadership.
