NEWTON, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE<\/a>)–Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT)<\/a> today announced that Anthony Paula<\/a> has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective October 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

\nMr. Paula is a Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) where he is responsible for certain accounting, SEC reporting and corporate finance functions. Mr. Paula has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, including accounting and corporate finance, capital markets transactions, SEC reporting and compliance, and has been with RMR since 2011. Mr. Paula has also served as Vice President of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) since December 2024, and he will resign from that position in connection with his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of ILPT. Mr. Paula is a certified public accountant and earned a master\u2019s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.<\/p>\n

\nMr. Paula succeeds Tiffany Sy, who resigned from her position with ILPT, effective September 30, 2026. Ms. Sy\u2019s resignation was not the result of any dispute with ILPT or RMR.<\/p>\n
