Charging infrastructure requirements vary depending on the location.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The new 480 kW charging technology will primarily be deployed at locations where customers typically spend only a short time and want to add as much driving range as possible during their stop\u2014for example, at EnBW fast charging parks along Germany&#8217;s major highways,&#8221; Jacobs added.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the vehicle, the new 480 kW charging technology can deliver up to 640 km of driving range in just 20 minutes. EV drivers also benefit from the higher charging capacity through dynamic power allocation when two vehicles charge simultaneously at the same station.
