\nGraco Inc. (NYSE:GGG) <\/b>announced today that Richard B. Lewis has been appointed as a member of the company\u2019s Board of Directors, effective December 3, 2026.<\/p>\n

\nMr. Lewis is President and Chief Executive Officer of Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI)<\/b>, a leading worldwide provider of innovative filtration products and solutions, a role he has held since March 2026. He also serves on its board of directors. Previously, he was Donaldson\u2019s Chief Operating Officer and held a broad range of senior leadership roles across the organization, including overseeing global operations and serving as President of its Mobile Solutions and Life Sciences businesses. Mr. Lewis holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Louisville and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.<\/p>\n
