(NYSE: DX; \u201cDynex\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a REIT with a long track record of generating dividends from high-quality mortgage assets, announced today that the Company\u2019s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.17 per share on its Common Stock for September 2026. The Common dividend is payable on October 1, 2026 to shareholders of record as of September 21, 2026.<\/p>\n

The Company\u2019s Board also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.60793 per share of its Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE: DXPRC) for the third quarter of 2026. The Preferred dividend is payable on October 15, 2026 to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2026.<\/p>\n

The Series C Preferred shares accrue dividends at a floating rate equal to Three-Month CME Term SOFR plus 0.26161% plus 5.461%. The dividend rate for the dividend period ending October 14, 2026, is 9.51547%.<\/p>\n
