The Company takes these matters seriously and intends to vigorously defend itself against the claims asserted.<\/p>\n<p>\nA number of the allegations contained in the recent litigation concern subjects previously raised in an October 31, 2025 short-seller report published by Wolfpack Research. Datavault AI and its Chief Executive Officer subsequently filed litigation against Wolfpack Research and its founder, Dan David, alleging, among other claims, defamation, false light, tortious interference and unjust enrichment arising from that report.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Company stands behind its public disclosures and believes its actions have been, and continue to be, focused on advancing the interests of the Company and its shareholders.
