The transaction will triple Clarion\u2019s European AUM to $13 billion (\u20ac11 billion), increase Clarion\u2019s total AUM by 12% to $82 billion (\u20ac72 billion), and bring Franklin Templeton\u2019s total Alternatives AUM to over $300 billion (\u20ac265 billion).<\/p>\n

Stoneshield\u2019s investment products include a series of closed-end diversified opportunistic funds, as well as an investment platform focused specifically on the student housing and living sectors.
